She particularly focuses on guiding individuals dealing with suicidal ideations, homicidal ideations, or self-harm.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University and brings a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approach to therapy.
Her professional experience includes crisis access and diversion services, outpatient behavioral health, hospice social work, and child welfare. Early in her career, she focused on family reunification, building a strong foundation in emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and systems‑based care that now informs her work with individuals and families during periods of acute stress, loss, and major life transition.
Tommi works with adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, grief, and identity‑related concerns. Rebekah
Dr. Rebekah, DO, is a double board‑certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine with over a decade of broad-based clinical experience caring for diverse patient populations. She completed a highly selective five-year dual residency at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, one of only a few programs nationwide offering combined training in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine.
She has extensive experience managing complex medical and psychiatric presentations across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including pediatric, obstetric, critical care, and trauma medicine, as well as continuity primary care for thousands of patients. Her work also includes service in high-acuity and underserved environments, such as immigration detention facilities and large-scale medical command events.
As an overseeing prescriber, Dr. Rebekah is committed to evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care that emphasizes patient safety, thoughtful medication management, and whole-person wellness. She partners closely with patients and interdisciplinary teams to align treatment with each individual’s needs, values, and long-term goals.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rebekah enjoys staying active at Orangetheory Fitness and spending time with her husband and their two energetic toddler daughters.

Addison is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in both science and patient-centered care. He earned his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, where his curiosity about human and animal behavior first took root. Driven by a passion for understanding the human experience and promoting mental wellness, he continued his education at the University of Texas Health Science Center, earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
Addison has a special interest in working with individuals across the lifespan—serving patients from age two to ninety-nine—with expertise in diagnosing and managing ADHD, ADD, Depression, and Anxiety. Known for his approachable demeanor and thoughtful clinical style, he takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment where patients feel truly seen and supported.
Now beginning his journey with First Responder Therapy Solutions, Addison brings both skill and sincerity to his work with first responders and their families. His calm, compassionate presence and strong diagnostic skills make him a valuable addition to the team, committed to helping individuals build resilience, find balance, and rediscover joy in their daily lives.

Crystal is a Board‑Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 10 years of frontline experience in emergency room trauma, child abuse response, and adolescent mental health. Her work in high‑acuity settings has shaped a strong dedication to trauma‑informed, compassionate, and evidence‑based psychiatric care, with a focus on early intervention across the lifespan.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Chamberlain University. Rebekah graduated with a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Trinity University in 2016. She is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology and has been practicing since 2016. Rebekah has a host of specialized areas of treatment options within the realm of school psychology, and she also specializes in supporting mental health through life coaching. Rebekah holds the belief that movement is medicine and uses her knowledge of psychology and mental health to help her clients move forward—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
In the realm of school psychology, her expertise involves working with children, adolescents, and young adults for identification and specialized treatment. Since 2019, Rebekah has accumulated extensive counseling experience servicing students identified for special education. Beyond counseling, Rebekah loves the treatment of behavioral issues. She uses the principles of behaviorism to support individuals with maladaptive ways of coping with environmental stressors. She can conduct functional behavior analyses and behavior intervention planning with even the most complicated of cases. Christa Morter serves as the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO) for First Responder Therapy Solutions, where she leads organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term vision in support of first responders, veterans, and their families. With a background that spans military service, behavioral health leadership, and business development, Christa brings a rare blend of operational discipline, empathy, and strategic insight to the organization.
A retired Air National Guard Loadmaster Instructor with over two decades of service, Christa understands firsthand the cumulative stress, moral injury, and trauma faced by those who serve. She has translated that lived experience into impactful civilian leadership roles, helping scale mission-driven organizations while preserving clinical integrity and cultural trust. In her role as CGSO, she focuses on sustainable expansion, program innovation, cross-sector partnerships, and aligning strategy with the core mission of delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Payton Bostick, MS, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado.
Payton brings a broad range of clinical experience across multiple levels of care, including primary care mental health integration, outpatient behavioral health, inpatient psychiatric services, and intensive outpatient programs. She has worked with diverse populations navigating life transitions, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar spectrum disorders.

Cynthia brings over six years of experience in mental health services, along with several years of work supporting youth in educational settings.
Cynthia has worked with diverse populations across community mental health, outpatient counseling, criminal justice–involved settings, and substance use treatment. Her experience includes supporting individuals with complex psychosocial stressors while navigating life changes, chronic trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and psychosis.

Raised in a strong military family, Margo learned early the values of service, resilience, and commitment to others. From a young age, she understood her life’s purpose and passion: helping people during the most difficult moments of their lives. As a former first responder and paramedic, she has been on the front lines, supporting individuals and families through both crisis and recovery. Her work required calm under pressure, compassion in chaos, and an unwavering dedication to service—qualities that continue to define her professional approach today. With her husband still serving as a first responder, she has a deep, personal understanding of the unique challenges and sacrifices that come with this profession. Margo brings a lifetime of experience, empathy, and purpose to everything I do, striving to support and uplift people wherever and however she can. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with my large family, being outdoors, and training our rescued Belgian Malinois, Luna.
