Our Mission
Our mission is to empower First Responders and their families to achieve positive transformations and build a well-rounded life. We are deeply committed to advocating for mental health, ensuring that every individual—regardless of profession, age, ethnicity, race, culture, or gender—has access to essential resources. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, we aim to provide First Responders, their families, and the public the freedom to explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance.
Our Services
At First Responder Therapy Solutions, we offer remote therapeutic, professional counseling, and life coaching services using HIPAA compliant technology. Our services are tailored to support First Responders contending with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, stress, PTSD, and other barriers hindering their quality of life. We also focus on working with families; from the parents of First Responders to immediate family with an emphasis on child play therapy techniques. Realizing that life happens; we maintain a flexible schedule with direct availability to a counselor for when you need support most.
